Conventional Core Analysis
A refreshing approach to routine analyses from ResLab
Conventional Core Analysis

ResLab is renowned for it’s tailored approach to laboratory testing across the whole spectrum of our services. Since 1986, our vast experience of core analysis programs around the world has demonstrated the benefits of close liaison with our clients, particular attention to detail during testing and the provision of analytical flexibility at our domestic and international laboratory facilities.

ResLab today provides the full suite of conventional core analysis services to the E & P companies, but significantly, within this suite of services, we do our utmost to provide that little bit extra, which really makes a difference to your test results.

Multidisciplinary testing advice from ResLab:
Early discussions - optimising the test
programme - value for money

Our experienced staff are always available for discussions at project conception, as we strive to design the best analytical programme which will deliver technical answers and the best value for money results. We go beyond one-to-one discussions with the client regarding confirmation of the optimum test programme. ResLab offers the advice from in-house expertise in Formation Damage, SCAL and Rock Mechanics, which will ensure that lithological and petrophysical aspects of the analytical programme are fully accounted for within the project design.

“Total Core Handling” - From core stabilisation at the wellsite, through transportation to the laboratory, to world-class testing and delivery of analytical results

ResLab is the lead company for the development and implementation of core handling and core protection technology. Since our extensive R & D programme in the 1990s, ResLab has clearly demonstrated the logistical and environmental success of their patented Core Gypsum Protection method. This, coupled with our tailored core transportation system and highly experienced core engineers, sets ResLab apart from the “old school” core handling companies. Further details about these techniques are published as additional brochures, or they can be found on our website.
