Project Costs: The NMR Well Packages

ResLab ART has designed the NMR Well Packages as a simple cost and logistical guide for our clients. The following packages are available today:

Standard NMR Well Package

Material required – core plugs (1” or 1.5”)

Number of plugs – up to 10 plugs for every 20 m of core

Tests to be included:

  • Saturated Sample T2 Distribution Measurement
  • Desaturated Sample T2 Distribution Measurement

Deliverables to be included:

  • Pseudo Pore Size Distributions (T2 Distributions)
  • NMR Porosity
  • Free Fluid and Bound Fluid Volume Definition
  • Optimised Permeability Models

Cost (inclusive of reporting): £7,500

High Resolution NMR Well Package

Material required – core plugs (1” or 1.5”)

Number of plugs – up to 20 plugs for every 20 m of core

Tests to be included are:

  • Saturated Sample T1, T2 Distribution Measurements
  • Desaturated Sample T2 Distribution Measurement
  • Fluid Sample T2 Distribution Measurements

Deliverables to be included:

  • Pseudo Pore Size Distributions (T2 Distributions)
  • NMR Porosity and Fluid Properties
  • Free Fluid and Bound Fluid Volume Definition
  • Optimised High Resolution Permeability Models
  • T1/ T2 Ratio
